LEAD TIMES

Q: What are the lead-times for a single colour design?
A: Our lead-time to produce an initial proof for say a tea towel, mug, bag etc is normally 21 days approximately. This is for a single colour design where we have to originate the artwork. Where finished or partly finished artwork is submitted then the lead-time for the proof is approximately 14 days.

Q: What are the despatch times from acceptance of the proof?
A: The despatch times from acceptance of the proof or for repeat orders are normally 21 days approximately for tea towels, aprons, bags, peg bags, carrier bag tidies, oven gloves, oven mitts, tea cosies, notelets, cards, jotter pads, writing paper, post cards, calendars, key rings and fridge magnets. Bone china and earthenware mugs, plates, melamine mats and coasters take approximately 28 days.

DESIGN

Q: Can your artists produce, for instance, a tea towel design for my organisation and what do they need in order to produce the artwork?
A: If we are to design for any of the products in our range such as a tea towel, mug, apron, bag etc then we need good quality clear photographs (digital or film) of the views required plus a description of how you envisage the final design. These instructions can be written or in the form of a sketch.

Q: Can you reproduce artwork submitted by my organisation?
A: Yes, we can reproduce your own artwork in the form of paper copies or digital images. Please contact us for details of the best formats in which to submit your design.

Q: I need your design team to come up with a design concept from scratch for my tea towel, mug, apron etc, is this possible?
A: Yes, with a vast amount of experience in the giftware market we are very happy to discuss your requirements and then produce design concepts according to your wishes.

Q: Can you produce designs in multi-colour?
A: Yes, we are able to design or to reproduce the customer’s artwork in either spot colour or full colour process. Please contact us for a quote for multi-colour requirements.

Q: Do I see a proof before ordering?
A: We always supply a proof before we print so if amendments are required they can be carried out at this stage.

Q: Once my design is complete can I use it on other items in your range?
A: Yes, the design can be transferred on to any of the giftware in our range such as tea towels, notelets, mugs, cards, aprons, bags, calendars etc. If the design is in single colour then there is no extra charge for this

PACKAGING

Q: Are all the items such as tea towels, aprons, notelets etc packaged?
A: All items are individually display packaged (except for key rings and fridge magnets) and boxes are available for mugs, melamine mats and coasters.
