Q: What are the delivery times for single colour tea towels, notelets and cards?
A: We offer a 14 working day despatch service whereby the goods are despatched on the 14th working day after we receive your artwork. There is no proof or sample with this service. Alternatively if you want a proof this is despatched approximately 7 – 10 days from receipt of your artwork. Your order then takes a further 21 days approximately from receipt of your order confirmation.
Q: What are the delivery times for aprons, bags, calendars, Christmas cards and all other products?
A: We provide a proof and this takes 7 – 10 days approximately from the day we receive your artwork. Your order then takes a further 21 days approximately from receipt of your order confirmation.
Q: Can I ask for items other than the single colour tea towels, notelets and cards on the 14 working day service?
A: If you need a faster delivery time than we state here please contact us to discuss and we will do our utmost to meet your deadlines if at all possible.
